Appointments for Surgeries
The times during which each Doctor and Nurse Practitioner hold surgeries vary.
You may see any Doctor or Nurse Practitioner, but for on-going treatment we would encourage you to see the same clinician. Appointments can be made online, in person or by telephone: Rosegarth 350420, Siddal 352080 between 8.00am and 6.00pm and in person between 8.00am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday.
Our receptionists are advised to offer appointments on the day to those in acute need. To absorb the peaks of demand, we may run a surgery in the late morning. However, the appointment may not be with the doctor of your choice. In addition, bookable telephone consultations are available.
We operate a policy allowing advice booking of appointments between 1 - 3 months.
Reception can be contacted by phone throughout the day, however, at times of great demand, you may NOT get an immediate reply. Please stay on the line or ring later.
Telephone Consultations
Sometimes, telephone advice may be all that is needed. If this is the case, the receptionist will arrange for the doctor to ring you back at a particular time.
Why does the Receptionist need to ask what's wrong with me? - Please click on this attached document for an explanation.
